All joking aside, the past weeks rain in the Pinehurst area is truly ‘God Sent' and with his continued blessing we will continue receive our share.
Twice in the past week we have had a substantial amount of rain and while probably still down for the past year we are in better shape now then anytime in the past 9 months or so.
We can only pray, and ask others to pray with us, that the entire Southeast begins to recover from the drought we have been in and the rain continues here in sufficient quality and quantity.
The Pinehurst area is known for the 40 plus golf courses and the equestrian opportunities, both which require a fair amount of water to be at their best. With this past weeks total we are well under way to recovery if we can sustain this throughout the year.
