The Ulster County Development Corporation, the Ulster County Planning Department, and the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency sponsored a project for Ulster County, NY to establish a framework to advance new economic opportunities, improve living standards, create more individual choice and freedom, improve worker autonomy, build stronger communities, and increase citizen participation in the public sphere. The project is known as Ulster Tomorrow. Twelve strategies were derived from public input and committees were created to evaluate the strategies and come up with concrete steps to accomplish them. I'm a member of the Strategy 5 committee, whose goal is to redesign the services network. One of our deliverables is to create or procure a system for lead management among the services network. I've been looking at the following Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools:
