Real Estate Agent with Meadlin Properties

I decided to become a Realtor because I believe that I can provide the kind of attention one expects from a Realtor.  My interest in the profession peaked when my husband and I decided to sell our home.  After taking the time to research several Realtors, we decided on one whom we knew was familiar with and respected in our local market and typically listed and sold homes in our price range.

While we were pleased with the advertising and promotion of our property, we didn't feel that personal connection with our Realtor past the day we signed our Listing Agreement.  I was the one who always seemed to let them know about a comparable home being newly listed in our neighborhood or when a neighbor's home had a reduction in price, and in a competitive market  this kind of information is valuable.  Also, we only received one phone call from our Realtor herself and that was just after we listed with her; "her team" were the ones who usually called.  It was then that I made up my mind to be the kind of Realtor who would could pride herself on keeing in touch with clients and keeping them informed.

As a Bradfied Properties agent I am able to register your email address so that you are notified of new listings in a particular area, which is helpful if you are buying or selling.  On the flip side of that, I would do the same for myself so that I'm also kept aware what is going on in the area you have an interest in.

In addition, I make it a common practice to call each client monthly to say "Hello", discuss the status of things and address any concerns they may have.  I also send a monthly report containing information about what advertising was done, number of inquiries, and number of showings and the feedback from such, to each client I have a listing for.

May I help you?
