MLS provider, what is your opinion?

Greetings all,
I am on the commitee that will choose our next MLS provider. We have interviewed all of the companies and have narrowed it down to Paragon, Flex, and Navica. I would love to hear any pros and cons that you have about any of these companies so that we can make and intellegent choice.
