Foodies rejoice!
Several new restaurants and eateries are making their way to Rockville, according to RockvillePatch. From RockvillePatch, “Pike & Rose is a mixed-use development being built at Mid-Pike Plaza. The community will include 1,500 residential units, 450,000 square feet of retail, 1.1 million square feet of office space and a 250,000-square-foot hotel.”
Six restaurants have signed leases for the development. Those six include:
Del Frisco’s Grill: an upscale bar & grille featuring modern American cuisine, Prime steaks, gourmet burgers, seafood, extensive wine list and hand crafted cocktails.
ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen: A cousin of Chipotle Mexican Grill, the ShopHouse specializes in Asian-inspired rice and noodles with curries and sauces.
Protein Bar: The Chicago favorite serves healthy foods, heavy on the proteins; will be located on Old Georgetown Road
Roti: Fast-casual Mediterranean cuisine; will be located on Old Georgetown Road
Lettuce Entertain You: Lettuce will be opening two restaurants at Pike & Rose, testing out a new concepts the East Coast: An artisan pizza place and new American cuisines.
