Today and over the next few day I have a few Christmas parties I have to attend. I used to think ugggh, when I worked a regular 9-5, another few hours of my time stolen. Since I became a Realtor not anymore! These are the perfect functions to catch up with family members you seldom see or speak to, or friends that you rarely have time to see. If they don't know that you are involved in Real Estate, they will after. Get out there and give out those cards, talk to people and let them know. It will be a great opportunity for you to work on your Sphere of Influence, and Network! Think of potential clients that are at these events such as Christmas Parties, Weddings, and Family Reunions. These are people you already know, maybe not great, but it shouldn't keep you from attending. This is all about networking yourself, and who better to do that with, then people you grew up with, or friends of family. These are people who you don't have to start from scratch with. They have an idea of you already, so it's a perfect time to re-introduce yourself! Either way this is a good chance for new agents to get out there and work that Sphere of Influence!
