Record Rainfall in Ozark Missouri, Now I have Riverfront Property!

By
Real Estate Agent with Southwest Missouri Realty

Look at the view from my front yard! The Finley River is way out of its banks in Ozark Missouri today. The water you see is normally a farmer's field but now I have riverfront property! Normally we can't see the river, its behind the tree line in the background. Its been raining non-stop for 24 hours and will continue until tomorrow. Finley River

Wow, it really looks like a lake or river.  You live in a beautiful part of the country.

Just think -- your property has just increased by leaps and bounds!!!!!  If it keeps going the Chesterfield valley in St. Louis will be under water again, just like '93!  I do like the look though.

I know your grief. I have been at the Lake of the Ozarks since Sunday and don't expect to see the sun until Friday. Nice thing though is that all the water runs into the lake.
