It took a year.
I researched all the new Tech Tools I wanted to use to market each of my Southern Maryland and Surrounding Areas Real Estate listings.
I researched it to an inch of it's life you might say.
Then I started a comprehensive checklist to process each of my listings A to Z using all the new tools with all the new steps.
WHEW.
Tonight I cracked the code. I maybe have 20 plus hours this week into polishing off this checklist.
I have squeaked it, polished it, reordered it. I have whined, moaned, groaned, complained and almost thrown the towel in. I have driven my Realtor Buds NUTS.
It's done. No more paperwork log jams. WHAM, BAM, SLAM.
My Grandmother always said if you thought about something long enough, the answer would come to you.
Just to be clear, I set a lifetime record thinking about and researching this one.
But I have nailed it. Introducing My NEW 2014 Golden Results Listing Checklist. Now it's time to run all my listings through the new steps. YEP! YEP!
