Gerken & Associates Realtors has flipped sides! We recently located to our new office addition while the other half of our building is being remodeled. We took the once popular Bridal Shop next door and knocked out two separate walkways to connect the two spaces. The new completed side includes everything from new offices, cubicles, large Dell flat screens for conference rooms and board room, new kitchen with brand new appliances, ADA restroom, plush oak doors, fun wall colors and carpet, etc.
Located on West Highway 76, in the Branson Heights Shopping Center, Gerken & Associates expansion will be four times its original size. We hope to have the new office totally completed by April. To date, the office has been in the same location for over 32 years!
