Viewing Open Houses w/o A Buyer’s Rep, ABR*: Immediate Disadvantage

By
Real Estate Agent with Port Washington / Manhasset Regional Office 10301209753

Viewing Open Houses without a Buyer’s Representative, ABR* puts you at an immediate disadvantage. If you want to place an offer with the agent hosting the Open House, you’re placing it with an agent who represents the Seller’s best interest; Not Yours! They signed a contract with the Seller stating just that.  Retain William Bodouva, Jr. as your ABR*.

Ask the agent hosting the Open House to present the New York State Disclosure Form for Buyer and Seller stating whom they represent, then they must check off Buyer or Seller, then check off as the Buyer’s Agent or the Seller’s Agent. Full disclosure makes it clear to all parties.

Acting on your behalf & in Your Best Interest, I can negotiate a more favorable Purchase Price, Better Terms & Guarantee a Smooth Transaction for the purchase of your new home.

The National Association of Realtors Accredited Buyer’s Representative ABR* for the Port Washington, Sands Point, Manhasset and Great Neck, NY area since 1985.
