Many things can be said about the little town of Franconia New Hampshire. Robert Frost had a farm there and wrote some wonderful poems in NH, the Lupine festival in June is a big hit for the wild flower enthusiasts...and of course the state owned ski area Cannon Mountain is located in the town. But aside from that, the homes there have some of the most outstanding views of any place in the White Mountains.
Timber Lane is a short drive to the slopes of Cannon Mountain ski area and too many trail heads to count. If you hike, bike, ski or prefer to sit on your deck and enjoy the view, this property could be for you.
Lupine Festival in June...is a wonderful kick of to summer, and the nights stay cool in the White Mountains, so a nice fire-pit is a good fixture at your north country retreat.
For me the fall has it all...the air is crisp, the trees are colorful and the kids are back in school. These are the days for long hikes, final rounds of golf and tuning up the skis (and the body) for the winter season to come.
