Only two homes sold in February with an average of 76 days on the market.

The average sales price (currently $434K) has been trending up since November 2013.

The current average sales price/sf is $114.70/sf.

The number of homes sold in February (2) decreased 50% from January (4). This is may be due to a lack of inventory...not enough homes on the market.
