Meadow Bend has experienced an active market during April 2014. There are currently only 
4 active listings on the market with 7 properties under contract or pending for sale (as of May 9, 2014). There were 5 completed sales during April with an AVERAGE days on market of only 20.4 days. This is a major shift from prior years.
Since we are in an active seller's market, the area has experienced a shortage of listings. While in prior years we were saying "there's never been a better time to buy," it's now a great time to sell OR buy. Interest rates are still low and with an agent to help guide you to the best value, buying a home and upgrading or downsizing is a good move for most homeowners or would-be homeowners; the timing is right.
