With National Open House Weekend one day away here are 5 things I'm doing to promote my open house.
- Shared the Facebook listing photo album yesterday, http://www.facebook.com/barnettassociates/posts/10152373385592435, on our Fanpage.
- Scheduled a Fanpage Facebook post for the morning of the open house.
- Wrote a blog post regarding on our blog, http://www.barnettassociates.net/blog/get-property-values-1-minute-or-less/, that encourages people to use theCMA lead capture tool.
- Our blog posts syndicate to the local paper for more local exposure.
- Launch a Twitter ad (don't know how to link to it) on the 14th regarding house values posting to CMA lead capture page.
- Installed extra directionals to the property.
Additional quickies where to hit the Tweet, Facebook like button, and G+ share buttons on the blog post. A few additional social signals couldn't hurt.
Hopefully the turnout is good because the weather is switching from 80s back to 65 here in WA, well my area of WA.
