Using Frontpage to build my website, wow

I wrote earlier that I was going to build a website using Frontpage 2003.  At first I was somewhat frustrated, but now I am excited to see how quickly it is coming together and how easy it is to create forms that have confirmations, and that instantly forward data to my email.  I host through godaddy, and for approximately 5$ a month, my website is up, although it still needs some fine tuning.  I previously used Top Producer and got tired of the expense and limited templates offered.  If you visit, check out the forms set up, they actually confirm back to the client the details they entered so they can make corrections.  I am still working on colors, so still rough draft.  Very cool.  www.nwrealestateinfo.com   Let me know what you think!  Does anyone else have a great program to share?

How about IDX searches on your site? I think you would need a tech support to help you set that up. Also, put a hyperlink on your email address to open up the viewer's email client so that way, it's a one click process versus several steps to email you.

Hi Ruth,

I would like a better website myself, but am fairly happy with mine from e-neighborhoods.  It's simple to use, I can upload all my listings, link to my blog and a few other sites and it has a great lead capturing tool.  Your website sounds great and one of these days I might have to try and get a little more tech-savvy and work on one from scratch myself!

 Many thanks and happy blogging!

I agree an IDX search would be great, I did find a great mapping tool that had all listing from our mls, and was inexpensive to set up.  I just haven't got there yet.  I believe that the click to email part should work, maybe you can test it for me :)

I wrote about the mapping service on a blog last week.  Thanks for your reply and input!

I was number 113 to your website. It looks good. I was thinking that it should have the Remax colors. To me it looked like a website for me at Coldwell Banker.....:-)

Michele,  Yes, I agree, I might swing it to a little bit more of RE/MAX colors, but was concentrating on consistent frames from page to page.  I got burned out on the Top Producer RE/MAX version of 8i, yikes, it was overbearing red, white and blue, so I might have swung a little the other way.  Thanks for much for visiting and for your input!  I appreciate your time!!
