South Riding Mid Week Update 7/23/2014 - 7/30/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 80 active listings. 1homeslistings new this week; 1 traditional sale condos.  5 homes went under contract; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes and 3 traditional sale detached homes.  3 homes sold; 1 traditional sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
