March was a Great month for Real Estate in Tooele !!

For Berna and me, March was a great month for Real Estate.

I mention that because we hear so much negative Real Estate Information that you'd think no one can sell a house, there are no home buyers out there and if someone wants to buy a home or condo there is no more money available. The way we hear it, no one in Real Estate is happy.

Well, so far in March,  Berna and I are, and at least 7 of our clients are. Homes were bought and sold. A starter home made a first time home buyer very happy. New construction of a luxury home was a delight for a local home builder, and will be a fun experience for a family moving in from out of state. Another client referred a family member from California and we found them exactly what they were looking for. We were able to ease the pressure a bit with the sale of a home for a long time client. That made a lot of people happy !!

March was a great month. In many many ways. You know there's more to life than Real Estate.

March was the month of our most successful Easter Egg hunt yet. (that was Berna's deal, I was only the bunnies helper). Berna and I managed to get thru our polling responsibilities without any lawsuits from either Democrats or Republicans.  NASCAR started up again. Landon, Grandson #1 came to visit from Texas. A great niece (Katy) joined the family, and Jayden Russel Davis, arrived making us Grandparents twice over. What a March.
