Wonderfully Busy September Day In Photos
Let's do it again next year! The Breakfast at Traders after the walk is always a special way to cap off the morning. The weather was perfect! There was even an art and crafts show in the southern end of thecounty to make it an extra special Southern Maryland adventure.
Wonderfully Busy September Day
It started early this morning with a 64 mile drive from Baltimore to Chesapeake Beach to meet up with a few dedicated real estate professionals. This was our third annual BoardWalk4Cancer sponsored by Cheryl Ritchie. It was a glorious day, bright blue sky, sunny, breezy, warm enough for Alan Gross to wear shorts and the temperature was perfect.
To describe this walk with one word...magnificent.
Each one of the pictures below could be it's on blog but thought I would share a bit of my September day in photos.
After the two mile board walk, the five us had a delicious breakfast at Traders sitting outside on the covered porch...delightful.
Hope someone else took photos because I was way too busy enjoying the conversation between
Cheryl Ritchie, Alan Gross, and Steve and Jan Bachman.
We discussed photography, listings, home inspections, agency, appraisals along with more personal subjects shared among friends.
Leaving the table for a few minutes to confirm a 3:00 appointment...the group announced their decision to donate to The Lee Rome Fund at Franklin Square Hospital...I was honored!
On the drive back, I stopped at Windmill Farms, picked up some beautiful mums and could not resist corn on the cob and luscious Maryland tomatoes.
A drive back to show one of my favorite homes and the potential buyers stayed for close to an hour and a half! Yes...I do think they like the house.
An invitation to Marlene Kurland's art show in her magnificent home was planned for 3-6PM. Arriving for the last 45 minutes, it was a joy seeing how this full time artist paints dreamy memories into the canvas. Please take a moment to check out MarleneKurlandArt.com
Another delightful business owner was Jinji who makes pure chocolate bark that is both vegan and gluten free.

Then home to check my email, return a few calls but not time to answer the 100 plus comments on my recent post.
Not quite finished...I had a 9:30PM walk through for a settlement tomorrow at 1:30 PM.
No mistake... tomorrow is Sunday and my radio show
All About Real Estate
is on from 12 to 1 pm.
