Tollinger Park is just east of town off of Main Street here in Whitesboro Texas.
The park is a favorite of the community with swings, slides, merry go round and much more. The water fountian is awesome and where the bench will be places is near the water fountian itself.

The City of Whitesboro is proud to announce that a dedication ceremony will be
held to commemorate the Charles Baum memorial bench on Sunday, October 26 at 4
pm at Trollinger Park. The memorial bench is the project of Whitesboro Eagle Scout
Candidate John Hall. The bench has been installed at Trollinger Park in the fountain
area.
The bench is in memory of Charles Baum, lifelong resident of Whitesboro, World
War II veteran, survivor of the Bataan Death March, and former prisoner of war.
Hall began his service project during the summer of 2013, and the bench and
surrounding landscaping was recently installed. The public is invited to attend the
ceremony to dedicate the memorial bench and to remember a local hero.
