I attended (well most of) a class with Tony Ciellio today.He is a M.A.P.S Real estate coach/trainer. I had to leave before it was over but he had a panel of Agents answer questions qbout their methods of doing business. Now I know all these guys because I have been around longer than they have, and it was really a good experience for me. I listed as they laid out what they do and how they do it, and I realized that their dedication has made them sucessful,altho some of them aren't as perfect as they might seem the still list and sell a lot of property. What  am saying is I Need to get busyier!! These punks are getting business I could have if I would do more of the things I used to do and they are still doing to stay relevant. So that said, "I got me some Prospctin to do Ricki"

lol  Yes, the people that seem successful arent perfect.  Thats for sure.  One thing which is kinda funny...It seems like when Ive said...wow...if I can just close 20 deals a year.....than wow...if i could just close 40 deals a year...and wow...every time you look at the people doing that...you think wow..they must be great.  But when you hit the point...you feel the same person.  You dont feel like how you put them on a pedastol.  You are right.....its all about your mindset and habits.  Go prospect...get them seeds planted to reap the fruit later!
