Make the outside of your house beautiful and CLEAN! Add flowers, do some pressure washing, clean up and paint the mailbox and front door.
If you have special exterior spaces such as a fire-pit or a pool, be sure that they lure the buyer in. Create moment in the spaces where they can imagine themselves enjoying the space with their family and friends. Fake it until you make it…or sell it!
