Before you say anything, I don't mean every time you clean your house its time to sell. That would be very hard! Nor do I mean, don't clean your house just sell it. Well... what exactly do I mean?
The number one thing I have stressed in most of my blog posts, is de-cluttering. De-cluttering is a really important step when it comes time to selling. I can not stress it enough. It can change the appearance of the whole house, let alone the whole room.

The point of this post is to stress the importance of de-cluttering. Take out what you don't need. Take the personal out of the home and make it a house.
As much as you love all the personal family photos, prospective buyers want to imagine the home as theirs.
So next time you think it's beginning to look a lot like selling time, remember to de-clutter.
