Its hard to find a variety of health food stores in Richmond Virginia. This is a eating town, the number of high caloric restaurants out weigh health food stores 100 to 1. We are bombarded with fast food restaurants, greasy diners, processed foods and corn syrup. You need all of your energy out there while you're selling real estate and while selling or buying your next house.

My favorite store is still Elwood Thompson's but I'm starting to love the all the new options Kroger gives with their new health food section. They feature their whole food line Simple Truth thoughout the whole store.

Whole Foods is always to most incredible shopping experience but they lack with their supplement section and their high prices for most of their items.

Buyers & Sellers need to change their diets too in order to be up for the task for moving to their next house.
