Real Estate and Technology

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with CIDER Properties

In this day and age, an agent must stay up to date with technology.  Smartphones, cameras, tablets and social media have made our job easier.

I love the ability to be out of the office and still conduct business with my iPhone.  I have many apps that I use daily:  keynote, docusign, google maps and of course supra ekey.

What are your go to apps?

On my smart phone I use my calculator and calendar multiple times a day; my compass comes in handy when buyer want to know the director a property faces, and my flashlight has saved the day more than once! Happy 2015 to you.

For me the smart-phone itself have made things flow quicker. E-mail, camera, maps, can all be done on the run. I think we owe it to ourselves to keep up with the newest technologies Tanya Redic .

Lottie Kendall, all of those are useful apps and I use them daily too.  Tom Arstingstall, General Contractor, Dry Rot, Water Damage Sacramento, El Dorado County - (916) 765-5366 , I think there are a few agents around that don't use cell phones.  I want to help them so badly because they don't know what they're missing.  Happy 2015 to you too!
