 Light real estate inventory continues in the Haller Lake area

The median list price this week for Haller Lake real estate  is $422,475 is up from last week’s $434,975.  Inventory has been lightening lately and the Market Action Index (see below MAI chart) has been trending up. Though days-on-market is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market. 

Supply and Demand

In the last few weeks the Haller Lake real estate market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory.  However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller’s Market zone so watch changes in the MAI.  If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb.
