For those that use Gmail and Google calendar, you know (or maybe you don't) that if you hover your mouse over a date/time in an email it will relate itself to your calendar and enable you to schedule that appointment and not leave your email.
What about those emails that don't have a date/time but you want to be able to turn that email into an appointment - a big TO-DO in your day...saving the email and everything in it?
It's super cool - when you are reading the email in Gmail - see that little arrow over there? If you click that, it will open up completely....
Then, when you have it email open, it will give you a new menu, and you can "create an event" with that email...
It will then open up your calendar, and enable you to add location, invite additional guests (and I always delete myself and the email sender unless I want them to get a notification, but since I use this mainly for reminders for myself for extra important "things to do" for myself...I delete the guest list) and VOILA - you now have an appointment with all the information intact for you to reference.
Happy tasking!!
