Were not in Kansas anymore Newbies!
Perhaps some of you have noticed...That some AR-ians have nifty blog pages with all sorts of neat little contraptions like avatars and personal logos in the side bar, as well as, different backgrounds and fonts. You may be a little pie eyed from the whirlwind of blogs that you have been reading to take the time to find out how this is actually done...so as a fellow Newbie myself, I thought you might enjoy a little stroll to the AR-mereld City to find out from the Wizards just how all the extra do-dads manifest under that darling little photo of yourself.
If I only had a brain I would take the time to learn HTML & Java script. Then I could create all those neat web-site Gizmo's, Gadgets and Widgets, oh my!
But who has time to learn those scripts? Well you might be interested to know there are a few wizards (Jeff Turner & Brad Carroll ,I'm sure there are others) in the AR-mereld City that have excellent Munchkin Tutorials(as in short and sweet) available for you to learn the how-to's.
You may not become a pro overnight but with a little art (jpeg format) and a little courage you too can be skipping down the yellow brick road to redesigning your blog page & sidebar.
Now, before you get a flying monkey up your butt like I did when I accidentally stripped my HTML & Java Codes, take the time to watch the entire tutorials, and watch out for those wicked Pixel widths it will save you a lot of time.
Despite the striking resemblance, it's only coincidental the Wizard Jeff Turner looks like the Lolly Pop Kid on the right,
Now click your heels three times and say
"There's no place like my blog home "
