Why Choose Peddler's View . . .
Peddler's View is a community of Single Family Residences with a mailing address of New Hope, Pennsylvania and located on the Solebury Township side of where Street Road and Lower York Road (read: Route 202) intersect. Given its central location and the nice variety of floor plans, built by DeLuca Builders in the mid 1990's, Peddler's View, has proven to be a very popular neighborhood. The homes are three or four bedroom - 2.5 bath residences ranging from about 2,200 to 3,500 square feet on well treed lots that are generally between a fifth and a third of an acre, with a few lots and homes that are larger.

There are technically two "halves" or phases to the community of Peddler's View, however they are both considered the same community and are maintained by the same Peddler's View Home Owner's Association. One phase is on the North side of Lower York Road and the other is on the South side, with its entrance fronting on Street Road. Given the community's location of just 4.5 mile West of New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ and about 6 miles East of Doylestown, it'd be tough to find a more central collection of homes to consider.

The Peddler's View Community is right by the Village of Lahaska, an area settled by English Quakers around 1700. Homeowners here are fortunate to have year 'round access to Peddler's Village, with its wonderfully unique collection of shops, restaurants - such as Earl's and the Cock 'n Bull, seasonal festivals and charming accommodations at the Golden Plough Inn. Just up the road are Penn's Purchase Outlets, for additional shopping deals. There is truly such a variety of attractions here that they can't all be listed, hence all of the links above!
