Remember, buying a new home, or a house under construction is different than buying a previously owned home. You should be represented. Buying a new home requires negotiating before, during and after the sale. Price, terms, materials, completion time, inspections upgrades, & access are just a few of the items you need be involved in. Agents listing new construction and sitting model homes work for the builder and have a fiduciary duty to represent the seller. You need someone watching your back throughout the process.
