New Castle County, DE

New Castle County  experienced a 15.8% increase in the number of sold homes for the first quarter of 2015 compared to 2014 and a 7.9% increase in the median price of sold homes, from $189,000 to $203,900. The number of homes that went under contract in the first quarter of 2015 increased 14.3% from 2014.

Kent County, DE

For the first quarter of 2015, Kent County experienced a 12.7% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2014 and a 1.4% increase in the median sales price from $183,900 to $186,500. The number of homes that went under contract in the first quarter of 2015 increased 17.8% from 2014.

Sussex County, DE

For the first quarter of 2015, Sussex County experienced a 7.8% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2014 and a 2.2% increase in the median sales price from $243,570 to $249,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first quarter of 2015 increased 25.6% from 2014.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County  experienced a 10.4% increase in the number of sold homes in the first quarter of 2015 compared to 2014 and a 1.9% decrease in the median price of sold homes, from $315,955 to $310,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first quarter of 2015 increased 9% from 2014.

Cecil County, MD

For the first quarter of 2015, Cecil County experienced a 32.1% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2014 and a decrease in the median sales price of 0.5%; from $180,990 to $180,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first two months of 2015 increased 14.4% from 2014.
