The White Mountain's of New Hampshire has not seen many new construction offerings aside from building your own custom built home. Many second home resort owners just don't have that level of confidence in taking on a project from out of state. They will however look at developers' inventory, especially after it has completed the rigorous requirements of the consumer protection arm of the states attorney general's office. It is no mistake that the New Hampshire's A.G.'s office is strict in it's oversight of new projects. They want to make sure they will be : built well, use safe and efficient materials, and that the public will not suffer through a project that doesn't have the financial support to be completed. From my stand point knowing the developers personally gives me great confidence "The Pines at Forest Ridge" will be a quality project, and the lucky owners who are able to purchase them...will have wonderful pride in their spacious town- homes. Non-binding reservation...may be accepted at this time pending the final release from the Attorney General's office.
