I subscribe to a great system called Smart Charts powered by RBI that I use to stay on top of market activity and trends in Northern Virginia. Through Smart charts, you can embed stats into your webpage that your clients may find relevent, such as Average Sale Price, Active Listings Total, and Average Days on Market:
You can also create PDF reports to share with your network, or to take on listing/buyer consultations! Blow is a great report that can be customized for any zipcode and provides a great snapshot of what happened over the past month.
