Well another week is in the books and 2015 is quickly vanishing before our very eyes. The single family home in the Austin Texas Metro are still generating a lot of activity. Recently the Chamber of Commerce estimated that approximately 110 people have moved to the Austin Metro everyday this year! No wonder we often have multiple offers on listings. By the way, we've been seeing these type number for well over a year.

Available Homes: 5914 ~ Under Contract 4539 ~ Sold last 4 Weeks: 2227
New Listing Last 7 Days: 876 ~ New Pending Last 7 Days: 1087
Homes With Price Increases: 161 ~ Homes With Price Decreases: 620
Since I have been tracking these numbers an interesting thing I learned was that there are quite a few single homes in the Austin Metro that are more than 2 stories. Today there are 211 listed for sale.
