Things have really been heating up this summer in Texas! Literally we have hit the summer time heat with average temperatures for July 96 degrees, we have been hovering around 100 for the past 2 weeks! Our markets have also been hot! The median sale prices for our main four counties have been moving up this year:

Cooke County Median Sale Price

Grayson County Median Sale Price

June 2014-$129,00
-3.10%
All counties show increases from this time last year with the exception of Grayson County which shows a slight decline. Cooke and Grayson counties are more rural, less dense and the data fluctuates more as it is more limited. Overall Grayson county has been showing increase when a five year history is analyzed.
