There is lots of information on the internet about Real Estate on the web. Every agent has their own idea about what they would like you to do when buying a home or listing and selling your house.Unless your careful you can overload on tips and short cuts and make looking for a new home a confusing experience. Remember, all of the information is NOT ACCURATE. After all most of the blogs we read out there are written by agents that have their own way of looking at things. Often times more about helping them do their jobs rather than helping the customer make correct decisions.
Bottom line? Some tips are better than others.
