Nobody buys a house they can't see - Selling tips

As we look out our windows we see leaves falling and the sun setting in the sky each day so you would have to agree that we are in the heart of Fall.lights on

Selling your home in Fall?  You want to ensure that visitors can actually SEE your home! It's getting dark sooner so if you are having visits to your home that's for sale, turn the exterior lights on and the interior lights.  By having your lights on potential buyers will be able to see the beauty of your home.  Lately, when I'm out showing potential buyer's home(s) and walking up to the front door in the dark makes the potential home buyer more concerned about not seeing where they are stepping instead of having their first impression of your home.  Also, when walking into the home if the lights are not on, I have to walk through the house, searching for lights switches leaving the home buyers standing in the dark.

Good post, Jean.  It's dark around 5:30pm now in Ohio and I can imagine exactly what you're going through.
