Mid-November 2015 Westfield Luxury Market Update

Six Westfield NJ luxury homes are currently under contract. Five of these six homes are under construction. They include two separate Colonials by Elegant Homes' Ralph Rapuano, an exquisite Wychwood Colonial and a Clarissa Taylor Designs/Villane Builders transitional farmhouse Colonial. The Clarissa Designs and Wychwood properties both went to contract after less than a week on the market. The other property is a beautiful 5 bed/4 bath unique Colonial with several fine custom details and magnificent upgrades throughout.
According to Bankrate.com, the current rate for a 30 year fixed-rate mortgage is 4.09%. This is a slight decrease from last week. Some financial experts are predicting that these rates will start to go up again soon. We'll find out more after the Federal Reserve re-convenes next month.
