Hi just spent 4 hours on a listing appointment that a previous agent in my office currently had. The fact that they even let me in the door was amazing. She had not only not delievered what she promised but when questioned stated that that was how she learned at work. This girl had been councled over and over, offered trainging time after time but always seemed to busy to put it together This isin't her first incinte and certainly not the last. By the time some of you have read this she should have had her license revoked. The only thing I regret was not understanding that she was a timebomb waiting to go off. The people I bring into the company I train and hold accountable, and before they go out in public they must have certain skills and know the forms back and forth. We kept the listing, lost an agent, and my guess is that for the last couple weeks mud was thrown in our face with out even knowing it.
I try to make sure every agent in our office has the same trainig and constant back up, but it has to be a team effort cause one bad apple can ruin the tree or something like that.
