Po'Boy Express is the new place to eat in Central, Louisiana. I had the fish salad from there today and it was great. The service was fast & friendly as well. Stop by and get some lunch.

I've never had a bad meal in Louisiana, Denise Barker, so I'm sure it was delicious. The best fried shrimp I've ever had came from a gas station on the River Road, about half-way between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
