The average days on market for the last two years in North Idaho is between 106 days and 150 days in the mls. Now this doesn't take into account a listing that was on the market for 6 months, taken off and then put back on.

The average sales price comes out to between $209,000 and $275,000 for the last two years. We still have our homes under $100k and those luxury homes over $700k for sale. But the averages still remain pretty constant. North Idaho is one of the most affordable places to live.

Things like low cost on property taxes, sales taxes, car registration, insurance, fees to start a business or build a house all make North Idaho an affordable place to live.
