Davidson is a lakeside town on Lake Norman in northern Mecklenburg Countyin the U.S. state of North Carolina. The population was 10,944 at the 2010 census. It is home to Davidson College. The town is centered on the college from which it takes its name.

Cornelius is a lakeside town located along Lake Norman in northern Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 24,866 at the 2010 census.

Denver Waterfront Condos for Sale, NC are located on the West side of Lake Norman Real Estate along Hwy 16.  The number of Condos in Denver is not as strong as Cornelius Waterfront Condos & Davidson Waterfront Condos.  The town continues to grow with more and more Shops, Restaurants and local Amenities.

Mooresville, NC Waterfront Condos for Sale are located on the Northern side of Lake Norman Real Estate along Hwy 21 and just north of Davidson Waterfront Condos.  Very close to all Shops, Restaurants and local Amenities.

Anywhere from the $150's to over $400 for waterfront condos. Waterfront Home prices are $300-over $4 Million. Thanks for asking.
