I just got this survey from a company called Special Asset Mgmt and found the case to be of interest as it pertains to our current crisis and concerns with inflated BPO's and conflicts of interest. I think it is great that a national hotline is created to report problems with appraisals/valuations and possible conflicts of interest. I know it is just a few greedy people who fall into this category, but the deeds of just one bad one reflect very poorly on our entire profession.
