I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 15 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market. 1 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos.  1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes .  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
