May I Put up the SOLD Sign, PLEASE?
This home at 408 Moonlight Dr went into contract. About a week before it closed, ouor seller came by and asked, "May I Put up the SOLD Sign, PLEASE?"
So the SOLD sign went up a week early... because Don drove over right then with the Seller and proudly put SOLD on 408 Moonlight Dr. Our Seller is a HVAC expert and he had been working that day but he did not hesitate to stand next to the SOLD sign for his home at 408 Moonlight, Idabel.

They have had nothing but good things to say and keep telling me to send them some links so they can write referrals for our office. I just may have to do that today. Closing has taken place now and it really is SOLD!
