This statistic alone makes you realize how important YouTube is to your real estate business. Even a small percentage of over a billion users is a lot of people. Since we all want to drive traffic to our website, the question becomes, "How do I get people to my website from YouTube?"  

• Optimization - In order for people to find your video in the vast ocean of YouTube videos, you'll need to optimize it. Use appropriate keywords in your description. Add a a shortened link to your website. Goo.gl and TinyURL are good resources for this.

• Call to Action - At the end of each YouTube video, give people a reason to visit your website. The "Call to Action" at the end of your video should include an enticing offer. Whether you're giving away a free e-book or providing a free tour of your community, make sure it's included at some point on your video.
