Great report, I was so surprised to see that the lowest priced home sold for $6000, that to me is incredible, how is that possible?, Endre

Hi Endre Barath, Jr. , Many of the lower end houses sold in Delaware County are located in the City of Chester. Chester has many "depressed" areas with many houses that are pretty much shells.  It is sad to see.  Yes it is possible in cities that thrived in the past with American based companies such as Chester did, but totally declined when the industries/manufacturers left the area/country. Delaware County encompasses it all.  Thanks for asking.
