Oklahoma Renaissance Festival at Castle of Muskogee
The 21st Annual Oklahoma Renaissance Festival at the Castle of Muskogee is an event for the entire family to enjoy. It’s like stepping back in time to the wonderment and days of the Renaissance England era, only it’s right here in Oklahoma. There will be many things to see and do at the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival this year. Entertainment will amaze and thrill everyone of all ages. There will be merchants of several varieties and special events going on, even for the little ones to enjoy. So, bring the whole family out to enjoy all the fun before it comes to an end. The festival and all activities end in just a another week.
Oklahoma Renaissance Festival Entertainment
There will be tons of entertainment. You will be taken back to an era of kings, queens, and knights. Jousters, jugglers, dancers, acrobats and musicians will delight you from fifteen different states. All stages are sure to thrill you. See exactly what each state has to offer here – stage schedule.
Oklahoma Renaissance Festival Merchants
Food or drinks in many varieties can be found throughout Castleton. There will be plenty available to entice your taste buds and satisfy your thirst. You can also stroll through the World Trade Market and shop over 120 Artisans lovely creations and distinctive wares. You can get an idea of what all you may find at Merchants Corner.
Oklahoma Renaissance Festival Special Events
From games to hands-on demonstrations, there will many special events to see. The little ones will especially enjoy the Children’s Realm for the games and hands-on activities available there. They get to choose sides during the Royal Quest of Scottish or English. They can even participate in the costume contest at the Castle Keepe. There is also the Royal Luncheon, Queen’s Tea, the Pirate’s Feate, Masqued Ball, the Ceilidh and the King’s Smoker special events to enjoy. Check days and times for these events on the special events page. These events do cost extra, but they are well worth the price.

The Castle of Muskogee also has other events throughout the year. Holiday events such as Halloween are popular. The Zombie Run in September is a fun event you shouldn’t miss. There is also Christmas at the Castle, which is an extremely magical event, especially for young children.
