An excellent question and I'm glad that you asked. Featured below is a chart detailing the Days on Market trend for all Centre County residential real estate. Quite simply houses are selling but it takes a bit longer to sell them in today's buyers market. If we broke the numbers down by school district the DOM would be a bit higher in Philipsburg, BEA and Penns Valley and a bit lower in the State College school district.
