A Pinch of This and a Dash of That ~ Real Estate Sales
A recent post that I wrote about cooking got me to thinking, just like those that are experienced cooks and love to cook have an instinct to throw in a pinch of this and a dash of that into a recipe depending upon the main ingredients, etc....
Those that are experienced real estate agents and love what they do also have an instint to throw in a pinch of this and a dash of that depending upon the main ingredient.
Does the home need a little sprucing up to sell? Are 4 walk-in closets note worthy to play up in the description? How can we market that secluded property that's 17 miles to town? What photos do buyers want to see and is there a magic time limit for walk through videos so the viewer stays with it until the end.... a pinch of this and a dash of that.
Then there's when do we start abstracting to have the best chance of it not being a wasted effort? Where's the best place to promote that new listing? Does it do any good to do anything with paper hard copies? ... a pinch of this and a dash of that ... pulling from experience and knowledge.
Then you get delicious muffins ... er.... a successful transaction closing and happy clients.
