Another great day in Rockland as Charles Clement (owner of C H CLement Construction) & Guy Desjardins (mayor of Rockland) do the ceremonial first shovel in the ground! Guy Lafleur, former Montreal Canadian player was also present as well as Nathalie Clement, Mike Gervais and a few others.
This is the official opening of a wonderful project of 114 condos to be built in Rockland along the Club de Golf Outaouais. There are still some units available and many options to choose from. The condos are approximately 1,050 square feet, with radiant floor heating, stone & quality finishes, concrete construction, 9 foot & cathedral ceilings, quality kitchens with granite, large balconies and the list goes on.
